These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Assembly Wave(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- harass, threaten, or harm others, or post hateful or abusive content;

- impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Communities may also set their own rules, which you agree to follow when you participate in them.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your message to other members of your community). You are responsible for the content you post.
Communities and courses
Community owners and course instructors are responsible for the content, rules, and conduct within the spaces they create. Assembly Wave provides the platform; we do not create or endorse member or instructor content.
Payments
If you purchase a paid course or other paid offering, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices, access, and any refund terms are as described at the time of purchase and may be set by the instructor or community offering them.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
